Do playing violent video games affect your brain?

Teens play a lot of video games. Do these violent games affect their brains? There were tests done at the Indiana University School of Medicine showing the difference between a racing game and a first person shooting game. The study did show that playing the violent video game did have a negative effect on the brain while the racing did not. This research was only done in the moment and it does not show what further game play would do (Kalning).
